Krapivin's furnace A9-KVD is intended for jam making, tomatoes of products, syrups, jam, and also for frying and a pasirovaniye of vegetables of subdrying of flour for gas station at production of the first and second courses., browning of pieces of meat at development of canned meat at the enterprises of the canning and food industry of low and average power.
The plate steam consists of two lines on which the table is mounted, doors, a collector, the drive, a control panel, in the lower part of a table there are gates for condensate descent.
Steam (or the cooling water) goes to a collector and to be taken away from it through a table pin. The operating mode is chosen depending on the prepared product on the basis of technological instructions. Control of temperature of a product in a bathtub is exercised by a thermocylinder of the electrocontact thermometer of pressure – the electrocontact manometer.
Device and principle of work
Bystry and uniform heating of all surface of a plate is provided with a design of heating devices - the semi-pipes welded in parallel on the bathtub bottom. Tubes are among themselves welded end-to-end, the ends of their vvarena in collectors.
Unloading of the browned vegetables from a plate is made by capsizing of a bathtub by means of the special device.
The plate is established on two support.
